Just like starting over...

It seems that's all I ever really do on this site is begin again. It's discouraging, but at least I'm still trying!

I managed to lose and keep off 20 lbs in 2013. Not the huge goal I had, but it's something!

I am upping the game - it's time to start trying to concieve again, in the fall. I need to several dozen pounds, and I can do this. I know how. I've done it before.

But I can't do it myself, so here I am!

I meet with my trainer today for the second time. I am actually looking forward to it. She left a message on my phone and sounded enthusiastic about our upcoming session. We will be working with free weights and the cables. I plan on talking with her about how I need her undivided attention. I have a feeling this is going to work out. I think it is only fair that I give her the chance to make things right.
