    Hey again!! How's it going? I noticed one of your goals was to be able to run 3 miles by Jan something? how's that coming? my oldest got a bike for Christmas and somehow I got talked into it after Christmas. We've been riding and I love it! Yesterday youngest and I rode 9 miles, it was pretty cold, so we didn't do more, but i really like riding.

    I've been so up and down, always thinking, but not always doing the right thing. I'm starting the eating right thingy today really cutting out the cal, fat and sugar! I want to get back to eating healthy like I was doing last year. It made me feel great and I never even wanted the junk! Ice cream is always a weakness, but i eat a weight watchers fudgesicle or some bryers no sugar (or something like that, its vanilla but only has 70 calories in a 1/2 cup)

    well keep me posted and let me know how it is going, I plan on spending a lot of time here again, that was the biggest help last go round!

    hey!! thanks for commenting on my journal! sounds like we have a lot in common!! i can relate to the quiting exercise cuz you don't have 45 mins! the past 2 days i've done the 10-15 mins on the treadmill!! that's it, it wasn't even a mile, but i'm okay with that. what i really want to do is just get back to the point i can't do without the exercise. i want to do 10-15 min, 3 times a day. i'm stay at home mom (with one in college, and other is a junior) so i can do that. i also fell way low on the water, but am working to get back in that habit. Dt. mt. dew is my weakness, or just what i drink, but the water is fine, i just have to MAKE myself pick up a water instead of a can of soda.

    Let's go girl, we can do this. how much do you have to lose. I really only wanta take off about 5-10lbs, but i want to get back into my old habits of exercise. i can tell my body fat % has gone back up.

    i have a sister who is pretty overweight as well. I worry about her health and wish I could encourage her in a positive way to be motivated. I'm scared I'm not positive so i dont' say much. :( we live about an hour apart, if we were closer i know I could encourage her better cuz we could exercise together.

    i like the verse you posted about our bodies being a temple!! That is a good motivator for me. Just to try and be pure in my eating as well as my actions and thoughts!! That isn't said in a self righteous or judgemental way, but in an I want to honor God will EVERYTHING I do!! (not that I always do believe me!!)
