I'm recommitting myself to my good health! I want to be the best me I can be for me and my loved ones. So I am committing myself to keeping up with my exercise program, not getting sidelined by sweets, and trying things I never thought I could do. You know those things you put off doing until you finally lose the weight. or the things you think you can't do because of the weight, or even more importantly the things you are to embarrassed to do because of the weight.
