My Goals:
I guess my main goal is to stick with the program this time. I know I need to really plan what I eat, and figure out an exercise program that I can stick to.

My Program:
I want to plan out and write down everthing I eat every day, and
move my body every day. I want to get consistant with an exercise program at least 5 days per week.

Personal Information:
I live in Florida, so I really have no excuse not to move my body outside every day. I am 53 years old, and want to get fit before it's too late. I really haven't been fit for 25 years, and it's about time to make some changes.

Other Information:
I am looking for a buddy to keep me motivated and stick to it this time around.

Thanks so much for the suggestions for the dinner: I'll let you know how it goes. I'm making chipotle steak, which is seasoned with a rub of chipoltle peppers, worcestershire, a little brown sugar and baking cocoa-- a South American technique. I bought a smallish steak, so none of us will overindulge. Am making potatoes, roasted carrots, broccoli and challah rolls. Wish me luck! Shabbat shalom.
