My Goals:
1. to keep my blood pressure down 2. to be flexible and active 3. to do some sort of exercise at least 30 minutes a day.
My Program:
I am watching how much sodium that I consume. I have stopped drinking sodas. Drinking more water. I take 2 fifteen minute breaks at work. At these breaks I am now doing what is called a walk/jog program. I am only in the 2nd week. I walk for five minutes and jog for two. I am also doing the strenght training exercises from Sparks in the morning before coming to work. Sounds like a lot, but it really is not.
