I have created about 3 different sparkpeople pages and countless FREE website that will help me track my calories intake and excersises, and let's not start on how many apps I have on my phone that is suppose to help me with losing weight. I can't be hard on myself or the sites, because ultimately I have lost over 45 lbs.

I can't be hard on myself or the sites, because ultimately I have lost over 45 lbs.
My story began in June 2007, after I went away to college, I was at a comfortable 160, and I was super active. unfortunately I did not only gain freshman 15, but I also gain sophomore 15+, and Junior 20+ and reached an all time high of 257. After returning home, I decided this is not way to live, so I worked out almost daily, sometimes even 2-3 times a day and lost about 45 lbs. I was so proud of myself and thought I could never gain the weight again, I can only go down from there. SIKE!, I stop working out and went back to just focusing on my studies, and forgot about my physical being and I recently gain some of the weight back. I am now at a unsatisfying weight of 228. SPARKPEOPLE I MADE MYSELF A PROMISE I WILL BE BACK TO THE 150-160.

My Goals:
eat healthier,
work out daily,

My Program:
I give up on artificial sweetners, fatty food and only drink water no matter what. I try to incorporate as much greens in my diet and eat out as less as possible until I can really manage the pressure of menus. I incorportate worshiping and praising the lord in my workouts because I want him to dwell in me (healthy)

From Fort Lauderdale, Fl and studing to become a Dr. currently receiving my BA in biology.
