Onward Through The Fog!!

I've reached the point where my body is no longer talking to me; it's yelling at me! Plus I found out over Christmas that I'll be a 1st time granny in Aug. 2007. That's a real incentive to make life style changes! I'm starting yoga again next week for the 1st time in 30 years.

Welcome to The Chair Exercise Team!!!
We are an active and friendly team and love our exercise .. we not only cater for disabilities, a lot of our members just love the chair exercise and the camaraderie of this team.
We are here to help you to realise your dream of fitness and health dispite disabilities, in fact we encourage Exercise of some sort or another.
We also encourage our members to look after their Nutrition.
This is most important, as it is hard enough being disabled in some way let alone not eating well and feeling good.
We have several challenges going on and heaps of fun thing to do!
feel free to join in .. and start your journey with us to fitness and health.
If you need help please ask us .... There is always someone ready to steer you in the right direction

I saw in the Slowest Loser huddle that you needed support. Is there anything I can do to help you?
emoticon This small emoticon has such a powerful message. Stay focused on your goals, determined to reach them, and positive that you will.
Take every day one day at a time, sometimes even one hour at a time. Forgive yourself when you "slip" because we all do that. The trick is to forgive yourself and continue forward. Spark says to take two steps forward for every step back.
You CAN do this because you are a strong person.
