My main forms of exercise are Leslie Sansone walking DVDs. I also love dance workouts, and have started using stregth-training videos as well (many on YouTube). My first goal was to lose 10 lbs, which I did, then lost another 5 lbs. Unfortunately, I put all of this weight back on. I was honestly so surprised that I had lost my first 10 lbs that I didn't know what to do. I lost focus... Along the way I have had some major lifestyle changes, and numerous health issues. ...
