I lost 105 lbs in 2009-early 2010, but due to a LOT of stressful events in my life over the past 7-8 months, I've re-gained nearly 30 of those pounds.

I am getting married to my best friend, the love of my life, on October 9, 2011 -- in Jackson Square New Orleans!

I want to get rid of those 30 lbs I gained back, and THEN another 15-20!

I do not expect to look like a model by any means. I simply want to get to a healthy goal weight, and tone my arms (so it doesn't look like I'm trying to fly away). If I can, I would love to strengthen my thighs too, but that's lower priority than the weight loss & arm toning.

My Goals:
I want to change my lifestyle to one that is much healthier, I want to live a way of life that I can be proud of and set a positive example for my future children. I refuse to believe that fitness & good health are out of my reach!


My Program:
Food: No refined carbohydrates (whole grains only), no fried foods, no dairy, no red meat, and no sugar, no caffeine.

Physical: 100+ crunches each day, as well as strength training for my upper body 5x/week, and lower body 2x/week, as well as a MINIMUM of 30 mins of cardio EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. As I progress, I will increase my cardio regimen.

My name is Natalie, and I was raised on the MS gulf coast (50 miles east of NOLA).
Graduated college with my BS in Business Management from the University of Southern Mississippi in December 2010.
Now I work & live in Dallas TX in the finance & accounting industry, public sector.
