My Goals:
.We are starting to be recognized as a group in our own right and Chair Exercise is being recognised as a viable exercise instead of a “cushy option”!!
To celebrate this I have added a butterfly to our team picture – to represent the “coming out” – of both the Team and of YOU – so many of you who are beginning to gain freedom through your own efforts and through Chair Exercise.
