Thanks for the warm welcome Jodi! And for the add as a friend. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. One of the main symptoms is what they call post-exertional malaise which is basically your body shutting down and crashing if you do too much physically. In researching PEM, I have come to realize maybe chair exercising (especially for strength) may be a more appropriate option for me. I look forward to exploring the team page and getting to know you all. Blessings, Jenni
