Journey to a New Me

I'm tired of being overweight. At 27, there are so many things in life that I want to experience and it seems like my weight is holding me back. I refuse to waste the rest of my and health like this. Life is too short. It's time for things to change, starting now.

My current goal is to reach 185 pounds, the halfway point to my final target weight of 150. It's also the point where according to the BMI, I am no longer obese but overweight.

One of my long terms goals is ...

Hello beautiful! So pleased that you have added me as a friend & joined the challenge!

Welcome (officially) to the 100 Day Challenge Team! We are always happy to have another teammate! Glad to hear that you are up for challenging yourself to increasing your fitness levels - that is ultimately the goal of this challenge. Most of us try to switch up our exercise to keep things fun as well. It gets much easier the longer you do it. I am up to day 208, but I remember how hard the first few weeks were...hang in there!

We are a small team working hard to support each other in the quest for fitness and happiness. Every day we each have the choice to prioritize exercise and move closer to our goals. Try to keep track of your streak so that you can help inspire others. If you falter, don't worry, tomorrow is always a new day

Now get out there, get movin' and get it done!

Sounds like a plan. Sometimes those crazy cat stares can be very warming and encouraging. Keep up the good work and take care.
