Journey to a New Me

I'm tired of being overweight. At 27, there are so many things in life that I want to experience and it seems like my weight is holding me back. I refuse to waste the rest of my and health like this. Life is too short. It's time for things to change, starting now.

My current goal is to reach 185 pounds, the halfway point to my final target weight of 150. It's also the point where according to the BMI, I am no longer obese but overweight.

One of my long terms goals is to be able to pass the Air Force's Fitness Test which is: 1.5 mile run: 16:22; Sit ups: 38; Push-ups: 18.

My Goals:
My goal is to get healthy by losing weight, exercising more, and eating good foods.

And get better at belly dancing. ^___^

My Program:
I'm trying to do 30-60 minutes of cardio daily, 3x a week min in addition to the SP's Sweatsuit to swimsuit boot camp.

My cardio generally consists of belly dancing, treadmill or biking.
