Hey, I just found your page when I searched for "capoeira" on sparkpeople. It's pretty sad that so few people on here do it; I was even hoping there would be a team for it. I think it's a great way to have fun and burn some calories.
I've been doing it for about a year, and I'm still not very good at it but I have noticed a definite change in my stamina and in my upper body strength. (I can't do a macaco either)
Seems like you are doing an awesome job on the way to your goals. Keep up the good work!

Someone mentioned to me that if you increase your water intake, it reduces your hunger. I always thought that was a bunch of hooey. But I'm drinking about 15 cups of water a day, and my hunger seems to be greatly reduced. When I was drinking 8 to 10 cups I was still experiencing a lot of hunger. Then I got this new water bottle from Costco, and it really helps me to increase my water intake. (they come in a set of 3, and you can clip them to your belt loops when walking) 2715 days ago
