This is Me
Just trying to be the best me. I want to lose over 20 lbs by eating 1200-1500 calories a day, running and swimming, and throwing in a little bit of strength training. Ultimately, I want to weigh about 130lbs, and be able to run a half marathon by this fall.

My Goals:
I have lost a bit of my pre-pregnancy weight, but the loss has stalled for about 6 months now. I need to get back on track and lose until I reach my ultimate goal. I also want to fix the damage pregnancy has done to my tummy. YUK
My Program:
I've been running, but now I am going to count calories and do a little bit of strength training. And also kick up the running. I would like to do a half marathon by fall 2008.

Originally from Sacramento, CA. We have (somewhat temporarily) relocated to Oklahoma City, OK.
Other Information:
I had a beautiful baby girl in July 2007 with my wonderful husband, who I have been married to since November 2004.
