My Goals:
There are many goals I have. One of the things is to get my family healthy! Over the past several weeks while shopping, I don't buy anything that I wouldn't want to eat myself! My kids are loving the fruits/vegies that I put out on the table daily!

My Program:
Currently I am hitting the gym daily. Jody is so awesome and doesn't let me overdo my workouts. I getting everything I need. Cardio, Strength and Stretch! I feel so good when I'm done!

Personal Information:
I live in Southeast Pennsylvania. I love this area. There are many wonderful places to go. We have so many nice hikes!

Other Information:
My family and I enjoy camping. My favorite place we have gone recently was to Maine. That is a beautiful state! This year we will be camping at the beach in New Jersey right near Cape May. That is also one of my favorite places.

For two weeks, add five healthy habits (like eating breakfast
every day to boost your metabolism).

Break five unhealthy habits (like drinking soda pop).

Adopt lessons learned in the "lose it" phase and apply them in a lifestyle program that can last indefinitely. Learn proper portion sizes by recognizing visual cues. Aim for tennis-ball sized portions of fruit, like a small apple, or a hockey puck sized serving of carbohydrates, like half a slice of bread.

Find your bliss from within!!!

....we all do!

That pair of "skinny" jeans tucked away at the bottom of a dresser drawer. You hang on to them because you're determined to someday wear that slim pair of pants again!
