There are many goals I have. One of the things is to get my family healthy! Over the past several weeks while shopping, I don't buy anything that I wouldn't want to eat myself! My kids are loving the fruits/vegies that I put out on the table daily!
Currently I am hitting the gym daily. Jody is so awesome and doesn't let me overdo my workouts. I getting everything I need. Cardio, Strength and Stretch! I feel so good when I'm done!
I live in Southeast Pennsylvania. I love this area. There are many wonderful places to go. We have so many nice hikes!
My family and I enjoy camping. My favorite place we have gone recently was to Maine. That is a beautiful state! This year we will be camping at the beach in New Jersey right near Cape May. That is also one of my favorite places.
