I hope you do get started again...it is tough at first but once you build a "data base" of favorites it takes 10 minutes a day at most to track your fitness and nutrition. It just makes me more aware. Now that I have nearly reached my goal, I give myself a break on the weekends. I still keep track so that I don't go really wild, but I don't feel guility about going over my calories. It has been a great lifestyle change. Thanks for introducing me to it!!!!

Hi Cher! I haven't navigated through much except the Fitness Tracker, Nutrition Tracker and Recipes. I forgot completely about my homepage. I just saw your message now! It is tough to find time to do it all. I am down 6 pounds so far. This is the first time that I have felt good about eating healthy. I am not denying myself and I think that is why it works.
