Back Again!!

Hello I'm 36 and I am looking for a way to deal with my bi-polar and loss about 25 pounds in the process. I really want to feel good about myself and not just on a mental level. I want to physically look good as well. I have gained back all of the weight that I lost during the move betweeen Tucson to Germany. I am getting ready to work on this and do this in order for it to last.

Write a letter to donuts!

Dear donuts,
The only healthy thing about you is the hole...and it's not nearly delicious enough to keep me interested. Therefore, I am leaving you forever.

When we feel the satisfaction of accomplishment we are motivated to take on new challenges. Knowing that the attention and resources we’ve channeled into a certain goal have brought us success gives us the confidence we need to take on more responsibilities. We also have a greater understanding of our own personal strengths, and that knowledge enables us to make good choices about the plans we make, the tasks we take on, and the new goals we wish to set for ourselves. We are ushered along by the momentum of our own success, and greater success naturally manifests as a result. Use today’s accomplishments to fuel you into action by taking on more endeavors, and you will enjoy still greater achievements.
