Hi, thanks for the comment about my ticker. Actually I lost all my weight on a balanced diet and counting calories. I used the protocol once to lose the twenty pounds I put on when we moved across the state and had to live in a hotel for eight weeks. Fast food and those continental breakfasts makes weight gain for sure.
So I wanted to lose quickly as summer was fast approaching and I did one round lost 21.4 pounds that was the twenty I gained and the 1.4 I gained on loading days. I was amazed how easy it was and wish I had researched it much earlier.
