My Goals:
I want to maintain my weight and keep physically fit.

My Program:
I try to work out at least 6 days a week. I run/walk almost every day and do strength training every other day.

I am using a Fitbit to try to lose the 20 pounds I've gained. The weight is coming off just not as quickly as I'd like.

I try to log everything I eat and all my exercise.

Personal Information:
I live in Georgia.

Other Information:
I love spending time with my family, keeping active and reading.

I come in higher than I think I should too. I eat between 1400-1600 and can lose on that if I'm exercising. Try upping it 100 cals per day and see what happens. There are lots of BMR calculators online you could try too.
