Long-term goal - lose 50 lbs by July 31, 2012.
Medium-term goal - lose the first 10-20 lbs.
Daily goals: 10 minutes of exercise/day; 4.5 cups of veggies/day; 8 glasses of water/day.

My Program:
Lunch/dinner - fill half my plate with veggies
Having healthful snacks on hand.

From "The Spark": Goals bring meaning to everything you do. When you’re leading a life geared toward a mission, even the most mundane tasks seem to take on significance. (Like today, when I chose apple slices instead of chips w/my flatbread sandwich!)

Each choice I make every day gives me the chance to get one step closer to my goals.
