Stop the Swelling!~

I decided to see my weight gain as swelling. You know, when you have hurt part of your body or have an infection it begins to swell. Well for me the same is true if I continue to put poisons into my body such as Coke, Dr. Pepper, Stuffed Crust Pizza, etc. My body has become swollen with poisons and toxins and it is my obligation to bring it back to optimal health. So here is the plan: I will bleed out the infection by swetting out the fat. And I will only put in healthy things which will ...

Well for me the same is true if I continue to put poisons into my body such as Coke, Dr. Pepper, Stuffed Crust Pizza, etc. My body has become swollen with poisons and toxins and it is my obligation to bring it back to optimal health. So here is the plan: I will bleed out the infection by swetting out the fat. And I will only put in healthy things which will serve as my Antibiotic. AKA Diet and Excercise.

UPDATE: on 1/2/2013 my son saw the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, so he started a fruit juice fast....he lost 30 lbs by 2/3/2013. By supporting him, I lost 12 pounds. Anyhow, because we supported each other, It wasnt as hard as it seemed. He bought a juicer, we set up a kitchen station with a blender and a cutting board. We Juice 4 times a day and can accomplish this because we wash the parts and reset up immediately after we finish juiceing. I can foresee myself going 100% vegan upon completion of our plan.

My current Challenge: 1,000 mile challenge running like a Tarahumara runner from "Born to Run".

I will be ready for the Duke City Marathon

Thanks for the umbrella goodie the other day and the comments on my blog. Don't you just love this time of year with the wind (NOT). However if I can figure out how to direct the umbrella in the wind I could use it for transportation and save on the high prices of gas. So maybe there's a silver lining in this?

Thanks for the encouragement! P90x is no joke, but I am trying with all of my heart. I love ab ripper too, that is a serious ab workout!

How's everything going with you? School, trying to get used to living in Kentucky (don't like it at all), and getting these pounds off once and for all...story of my life!

Let me know how you are doing with P90x, I will be bugging you now!
