Glad to hear the candida cleanse is helping for you!
It's not really an option for me at the moment; I'm already on a fairly restricted diet, trying to balance some allergies and intolerances. I can't do the candida diet safely without over-restricting myself.
So I'm knuckling down to a slow and steady approach, and over time, I think things will change. And yes, adrenal fatigue is a definite factor. I have some appointments next month to talk to my natural doctor about that angle.
