    All in all, it's best to eat a ton of small meals so you don't get hungry. Can you add a shake? Or do they allow you to have any other real foods besides dinner?

I did not really believe it when I started 18 months ago, but I have lost almost 90 lbs. now. It IS possible; you've come to the right place to get it done!

    Thank you for adding me as a friend. I see we are about the same weight aiming to get to around 70s. I started about three weeks ago losing around 3 kg by now. I see that you are on a very low calorie diet. I suggest you read the articles in SP. Really very useful stuff. What helped me gain control over what I eat is to track my food in the nutrition tracker. It really helps you see the bigger picture. Do write to me whenever.
