Watching calories and portion sizes, writing in my blog, weighing myself often and tracking every bite that passes my lips!

Personal Information:
I am a single (actually, divorced but I consider myself "single") I live in a small, boring town and am self employed but the economy has really hurt my business so I am in the process of finding more stable employment, sheew that's going to take some getting used to but I also believe the stress of owning my own business had also led to weight gain and a lot of stress.

I am also the "mother" to two boys 4 & 7, I say "mother" because I am actually their great aunt... their birth mother is not in the picture. They do not live with me full time, but on the weekends during the school year and 4-5 days during the summer but they are very much my babies!! ❤

All in all, it's best to eat a ton of small meals so you don't get hungry. Can you add a shake? Or do they allow you to have any other real foods besides dinner?

Thanks for stopping by my page! You are starting out right about where I did when I got serious here; just wanted to let you know that YOU CAN DO THIS. I did not really believe it when I started 18 months ago, but I have lost almost 90 lbs. now. It IS possible; you've come to the right place to get it done!

Thank you for adding me as a friend. I see we are about the same weight aiming to get to around 70s. I started about three weeks ago losing around 3 kg by now. I see that you are on a very low calorie diet. I suggest you read the articles in SP. Really very useful stuff. What helped me gain control over what I eat is to track my food in the nutrition tracker. It really helps you see the bigger picture. Do write to me whenever.
