My Program:
I'm training to walk/jog my 2nd 10k. I'm tracking my exercise on SparkPeople using my Fitbit. I've been working towards making exercise an integral part of my day. My last exercise streak lasted 89 days, I'm going to make the next one even longer.

I'm tracking my food using an app called My Diet Coach.

Personal Information:
I'm 30 years old and I want to reach 40 at a healthy weight.

Other Information:
I love READING, playing video games, and chatting about movies and TV shows I watch. My favorite genres are fantasy and adventure.

I enjoy jogging, walking, easy yoga and easy hiking. I'm glad I discovered Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds DVDs. They have been integral to my exercise success because I enjoy them so much.
