Oh man! So you know what Pilates are? The Reformer is this contraption that looks like it should be a torture device. I mean a for real torture device. There are springs and pulleys and levers. I'd recommend googling it.
Cause they look crazy, but in the end are lots of fun, and make you work so much harder!
