I'm not looking for a new me but a BETTER me

I started this weight loss journey last July 2011 after a few months of doing nothing. I've lost 30lbs since then and got to my lowest weight ever but gained some back.

I quit playing wow, about a year ago because I was letting it run my life. I would just sit all day at work, get home and sit some more. No more!

I'm 28 and ready to start living. I'm DONE letting my weight dictate how I live my life. I'm DONE with excuses. I'm DONE with negative body issues. I'm ready ...

Completed a Whole30 challenge on 10/15. Now I'm moving towards and 80/20 food plan.

WORKING OUT:
3 Cardio sessions - 25 min interval training

2-3 Strength sessions - ~45mins

1 Yoga/Tai Chi session - 20 mins
