I'm not looking for a new me but a BETTER me

I started this weight loss journey last July 2011 after a few months of doing nothing. I've lost 30lbs since then and got to my lowest weight ever but gained some back.

I quit playing wow, about a year ago because I was letting it run my life. I would just sit all day at work, get home and sit some more. No more!

I'm 27 and ready to start living. I'm DONE letting my weight dictate how I live my life. I'm DONE with excuses. I'm DONE with negative body issues. I'm ready ...

Hi there! Hope you are doing well. I am not on SP as much as I used to be, but I really should get into the habit of it again. I have definitely gained weight back, and that whole living a healthy life thing is pretty rough right now. How have you been?

Hello!

Thank you so much for leaving a comment on my page. I am sorry that I didn't answer earlier - I'm kind of busy!

Everything is going well. I know I didn't update my Sparkpage and that I'm not around but I'm still training 3 times a week since the beginning of January. I have to keep on adjusting what I eat, but I take that slowly. So far, no big results on the scale (because I was eating too much), but I feel more in shape and I feel healthier.

I hope everything is going well for you. By looking at your weight ticker, I see that since the beginning, you have great results! Keep on going =)
