My Goals:
- Rehab my arthritic knees well enough to resume dancing in April. I can hardly wait!!! :)
- Continue my current financial plan of aggressive saving and smart spending.
- Home improvement: Install fence around entire yard (pay cash).
- 5% reduction in body weight during BLC-9.
- Another 5% during BLC-10.

My Program:
- Getting honest with myself and tracking everything (every morsel consumed; every minute exercised).

- Sticking to my food allergy/sensitivity "treatment program" (which means staying away from dairy, yeast, corn, etc.). Weight management is MUCHMUCHMUCH easier when I stick to the "yes" list.

What new shoes did you end up getting? I just bought three new pair but I haven't worn them yet.

Hi there! I am doing the Vancouver Discovery Days 1/2 marathon in April and the Hippie Chicks 1/2 marathon in May (Mother's Day weekend). The Hippie Chicks is times and you have to finish in 4 hours, so that is a challenge.

Isn't it fun to enter events like that? I am also walking a relay walk in August from Portland to the Coast. My legs will total about 17 miles in about 18 or so hours (I walk every 6 hours or so).

The feeling is mutual! I'm thrilled to have you on the Yellow team. We have a great team, don't we?

As far as Vegan recipes, I'm pretty boring on the food front right now. I'm getting back into the raw foods since it's spring so it's basically salads and whole produce. I have a ton of great recipes in my files so if you tell me what ingredients you like to use, I can dig some things up for you.
