My Goals:
- Rehab my arthritic knees well enough to resume dancing in April. I can hardly wait!!! :)
- Continue my current financial plan of aggressive saving and smart spending.
- Home improvement: Install fence around entire yard (pay cash).
- 5% reduction in body weight during BLC-9.
- Another 5% during BLC-10.

My Program:
- Getting honest with myself and tracking everything (every morsel consumed; every minute exercised).

- Sticking to my food allergy/sensitivity "treatment program" (which means staying away from dairy, yeast, corn, etc.). Weight management is MUCHMUCHMUCH easier when I stick to the "yes" list.

Hello Lorrie! I'm thrilled that I was able to help you defend yourself against the office donut! Everytime I say no, the next time is easier and easier. Of course, exercising, sleep right, drinking water, and eating healthy helps my body WANT to say no. It's amazing to me how a slip up in one of those areas can throw me into a spiral of culinary chaos! :) Knowing it is half the battle, right?

I love the picture of you running - moving. Keep it up and those next ten pounds will melt away as surely as the first ten. I wish you all the best for continued success.
Audri

Hi! I must say, sodas have been hard to give up. I'm not there yet, but getting closer. One thing that helped is that I told hubby that I wanted to give them up, so now we don't buy them at all. If there's none in the house, that blows that temptation. Good luck to you!
