If you ever get a chance to visit Moab Utah, take it! Go not only for the beautiful landscapes but also to see the amazing stars at night! My cousin Michele lives there and loves to go for long hikes there.
I tried jogging faster today and it was too much. So I guess my 3 mph is just what I have to do. :) Thanks, I'm glad my back is doing better too! Yes, kayaking is good exercise, and hopefully we can do it again soon. It'd be cool if you get to try it sometime.
