My New Journey
I live in Ohio & I have been married for 39 years. We have 3 adult children, 1 granddaughter (7), 3 grandsons (4 & 2 & 3 months). Our oldest son is single and lives in Texas. I have been heavy my entire life and am looking for support to get me through each day!
I am updating this blog on June 30, 2011, and am still trying to make my diet plan work.

Right now my main goal is to
get back on my plan after gaining half of what I lost during the holidays and our house bound winter!
Personal Information:
I am a 57 yr old wife, mom, grandma, sister, mother-in-law, Aunt, Godmother, sister-in-law etc... I am sure many of you can relate to the multitude of hats.
I worked full-time for 22 years at a global company as a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator.
I retired from full-time work 18 months ago.
I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 30 yrs ago. Not in a wheelchair yet....I feel very blessed.
Other Information:
I love, love, love animals and many types of music. I really Love being a Grandma.
