I want to change my relationship with food.
I would like to lose 50-60 pounds.
I want to be hot! (Before I run out of "hot" time)
Exercise EVERY DAY (even if it's light and only for 10 minutes)
Eat mindfully. Stop before full.
One sweet a day.
I am the mother of 3 young children. I have the most wonderful and supportive husband in the world, but sometimes I get caught up in the monotony of being a stay-at-home mom and I forget how blessed I am. My weight has been an issue since childhood, and I've been really thin twice in my adult life. Now I want to be thin again, but this time I want it to be for good. I'm scared to start this journey again, but it's one I MUST take. I mean really, what's the other option?
Goals so far:
Home: 1. Keep the sink and table free of dirty dishes. Start the day with an empty dishwasher!
Health: 1. Track Food. 2. No alcohol Sunday through Thursday.
