I have always struggled with my weight, have started many failed diets but this time I am going to do it and get to my goal!

Wouldn't it be nice if it was as easy as writing it down to lose all the weight?

WE all start out with all this motivation and get up and go, and then for one reason or another, we get off track, fall off the wagon, and for some of us simply give up because it is too hard.

I have done all of those for too many years to count....yo-yo dieting....getting bigger and bigger until now I am actually over the dreaded 200 mark....how did I get here???

I'll tell you how...by ignoring it...pretending that everything I ate and lack of exercise was somehow not packing on the pounds and the extra inches...I've made it an art to not look at my body in the mirror...that way I wont have to face it..

But reality is here...I cant keep hiding from it....I got here..now I need to face it and fix it...because if I dont Im afraid Ill miss out on life and that I cant do..

So here I am 27 turning 28 august 3rd and starting to face reality....it aint pretty...I swear what happened to no back fat, a flat stomach, legs that didnt do that wonderful thing called the chub rub...its been so long I dont even remember what it feels like to be healthy and toned..

I have started and failed so many times at this journey that I have lost count but I can't keep putting it off because it affects how I live my life today...I am self conscious, so much so, it is hard to date, I do not like shopping..I do not like trying new things...my weight has stopped me from the many successes in my life and I need that to change...so here it goes...I begin my journey..and will succeed one step at a time

weight training x3 per week, and do cardio at least 4 times a week

I am 27. I work full time as an executive assistant and I about to start my graduate degree program for Human Resources in the fall

Other Information:
I love to read, it is my favorite thing to do and hang out with my friends and family. I love video games and one day I hope to be a novelist!
