Life's Too Short Not To Dance
I've been on every diet known to man (& woman). They all prevented me from eating my favorite foods. When I was no longer able to afford my "preportioned meal plan" (there were a few of them but, Seattle Sutton was my favorite), I had to create my own. I included low cal versions of my fave foods and found this working. After several months of dieting "by myself," I found Sparkpeople. It's great to have a whole community to learn from and get inspiration from.
