My Goals:
I hope to lose 61 lbs, but even if I don't I must lower my triglycerides. I started tracking my diet and exercise on 10/11/12 and have seen a modest decrease in weight. I have also noticed I don't really eat as many calories as I need to, and of course when I do I eat all the wrong things. I think I am going to like this tool Spark people have here visual is such a great motivator!
