Ultimately I would like to feel better and be able to keep up with my friends when they jog or hike. And for once in my life...I''d like to be able to run a mile (a small goal for some, but huge for me). I would also like to finally be able to shop in the ''normal'' section of clothing stores.
I''m starting slow and planning to work up from there. Once I know/figure out more, I''ll post more.
