Health happens!

I have lost over 50lbs using the Shaklee 180 system... and I am continuing with it (it's easy, tastes great, is science backed... so hey "if it isn't broken, don't fix it!"). However I wanted an easy way to track my movement/exercise and see how it all comes together.

My Goals:
I am out to lose this final 40lbs that I have been dithering about with. Having lost 60 mumble I love my "new body" so much that sometimes I have a hard time comprehending what the last 40 would look like. It is time to find out.

My Program:
Tracking my eating choices on here and using the Shaklee 180 weight loss program. :D Most days. Some days I figure I will skip the shakes. It's flexible.
