I have had this particular video since I got it as a gift along with the step back in 1992. Thankfully I had copied it to a DVD before my VCR ate the tape last spring! Looks like they also have a few workouts in DVD also but not the Step and Abdominal video. If you still have a VCR the one I have is a great workout. I've been doing it consistently since I joined SparkPeople back in April and I still don't get bored with it!
