Welcome to my page! I have been using Spark People since January 8, 2010. Although I met my goal a while back I have gained some of this weight back and have made a commitment to myself to get back on track. December is a very difficult time of year because it is full of stress and temptations. It's time to take control again! NO EXCUSES! I'm looking for on online workout buddy if anyone is interested.

TS- Cardio - tennis or interval running

Personal Information:
I'm 46 years young and have an awesome family. We live in Minnesota. My husband and I celebrated 23 years of marriage last February. We have 3 kids ages 22, 19 and 17. I love to play tennis, cook and travel.

Thanks so much for the kleenex.... Trust me... I have needed it!! how does the body produce so much?!?! I am finally on antibiotics so hopefully I will feel better soon... Sounds like you had fun playing Kinex (sp?) it's amazing how sore it can make a person feel..... a real workout!! emoticon emoticon

Thanks for the add and the sweet blog comment. I'm definitely proud of my accomplishments so far. Sometimes I don't even recognize myself in the pictures from when I was 260+ pounds.

I think a lot of us are making a "fresh start". November was a little difficult for a lot of us on here. Hopefully we can end the year strong and more determined than ever!

I giggled a little when I saw your background. One of my dogs is obsessed with tennis balls. HE WOULD GO INSANE if he saw your page! HAHA!
