I want to be fit to keep up with my active child who just turned one. Additionally I want to be more fit for our next pregnancy!
I am using basically the same core goals I used at weight watchers year's ago. 5 fruits/veg, 2 dairy, lean protein, high fiber. But I am tracking using this website which is much better than WW online.
I enjoy reading, painting, dance, and the Steelers!
Thanks so much for your comment on my blog! You're so sweet. Putting that shirt on today was a HUGE moment for me.. realizing how loose it was. I took a photo of me wearing just my bra holding out the skirt showing how loose it is but I decided not to post it... don't want to hurt everyone's eyes haha. I'M SO PROUD OF YOU! Celishia~ CONGRATS on the birth of Milo!!! He is absolutely adorable! How did your pregnancy go and how are you both doing now? I bet that it's difficult to adjust to havnig a baby AND trying to work on weight loss at the same time... you CAN do it! Let me know how you're doing when you get a chance.
