measuring sucess based on what others have accoplished and not evaluating my own scale of acheivments and reaping the benifits.

My Goals:
My goal is to be the best version of my self to date.
I want to be that woman that walks the walk, and talks the talk. I want to have this moment to be the defining moment that brought me into my calling. I want my body to be a testamony of dreams.

My Program:
1.get my 8 glasses of water
2. look for any oppritunity to eat less, and burn more calories
3. eat every 3 hours to maintain my diabetes
4. ride my bike 30 minutes at least 4 times a week
5. have sugar free options
6. eat more meats and veggies
7.have 2 days a week that I eat only 1200 calories a day
the rest of the days 1500

Personal Information:
both my boyfriend and I are overweight. I hope that by me reaching some of my goals will help him want to go after his own goals.
