My Goals:
Over all, I want to be fit and healthy. I like to be active but i can only do so much because of my weight. Currently I weigh 210.4 and I want to go down to 170 for now... that's my primary goal. Then from there I will keep trying to lose more lbs. But for now that seems like a reachable goal.
My Program:
For the past month I've been going to my local gym, I try to stay away from the treadmill, and the eliptical because I get so bored while on them. Mostly what I do is, aerobics and strength training. I do, Zumba, Cardio ball, Step Jam, Hip Hop hustle, creative Cardio, Body Sync, and whatever looks good for that day. I go atleast 4-5 times per week. I have a countdown going, so far there is 110 days left for Summer's arrival, so I'm timing myself and keeping myself on track because I want to be ready for Summer. =)
