I have a wedding Oct. 1 and I'd like to be down 10 lbs by then. My end goals are to still have curves but be in a much healthier weight range. When I am, I'm dying to learn to SCUBA dive!! Right now I fear I'm kinda' floaty! LOL
Basically, I'm just counting calories at this point. If i tell myself I can eat anything, as long as it's within my range for the day, I find I eat healthy. If I deny myself stuff, that's all I want. Go figure!
Exercise: I walk my dogs at least every other day. I'm trying out the stationary bike and hope to add in weights soon. Exercise isn't my thing at this point... :-(
