I've been here since September. I've made some Great SP friends and I'm made some progress. Half my battle was waged before I got here. I've been working out since 1997. One thing I've discovered is, you can workout till you pass out, but if your not watching those calories coming in....your still gonna gain weight....sigh. Since September 19, I've been tracking my calories....working out and still find slow progress...but progress is progress...and I'll take it ...

My Goals:
My present goal is to track my food (often where I get lazy) Workout 5 to 6 days a week. New goal - try to get 3 sessions at least 10 minutes in length or better a week.
My Program:
Right now, it's to stay within my calorie range and workout 5 to 6 days a week. 2 to 3 days weights or circuit and the remaining will be cardio. New Goal - stretching or yoga 10 minutes or better 3 times per week.
Personal Information:
I live in Annapolis, Maryland with my husband of 4 and a half years. We have horses and doggies.
Other Information:
I'm always looking for ways to help myself. Weather it's simplifying my life or changing my way of thinking. Education is key.
