"Beautiful Woman Award! Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of 8 women who deserve it. If you receive more than 3, you know you're really beautiful! If you break the chain, nothing will happen, but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside and out
I think the motivation is half the battle. I'm not sure how expensive Lindora is- my parents got it for me for Christmas. I'm just doing the online version, which is nice. I'm finding a lot of overlap of the habits I learned here, although it is nice to have a set meal plan to follow and you just pick and choolse which protein item you want etc. and plug it in. My parents each lost 35 lbs. doing Lindora, which is why they really supported me in doing it when I showed an interest. We're really close- I live near the San Gabriel Valley. I'm in La Verne- near San Dimas.
Thank you so much for your comment. I started thinking that I couldn't lose weight also after my kids were born. I'm 5'3" as well, so 115 is a pretty good weight. I feel comfortable here, but would like to keep going to 110 just to see if I can. It's amazing to know that I inspired you today. I don't really think I'm that inspirational. Most of the weight came off just from running. My hubby and I signed up for a 10K before I could even run a whole mile and that helped me to stay motivated to keep up with running training. What part of LA are you from? And- I'm still doing Lindora. It's a harder program than I expected, but it's really helping me to be more disciplined around food. I lost 4 lbs. the first week of Lindora, which helped me go from 119 to 115, but I think I've plateaued for now. Congrats on your almost 20-pound weight loss. That's awesome! You can totally reach your goal!
