My Goals:
Basically I would just like to be able to climb a mountain with my kids, go on a plane and be comforable...enjoy my life without having the focus always being on my weight. My BMI is currently 41. Another goal is to get it out of the obese range!

UPDATE: As of Oct/07, all of the above have been accomplished...I'm now only overweight, hooray!!!

My Program:
I've been logging my food faithfully, walking as much as possible...and drinking, drinking, drinking water like it's going out of style!!

UPDATE: As of today, Nov. 27/07, still logging every single day. Still drinking lots of water, although I don't always get in the 8 cups...

Personal Information:
I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada, but I'm currently living in the Netherlands Antilles. I have two beautiful kiddies and one fabulous hubby. I love reading and...reading! Hoping I will get to love exercising!

Do people not recognize you? That would be really cool to actually do it like you have! Everyone keeps telling me it went on slow, it should come off slow. When your bigger its frustrating to wait. Especially when you lose 40 lbs and ppl still don't notice.

Do you still workout the 3 times a week? i agree with you, I wanna do something manageable. I lost 80 lbs another time and I gained it back because I was so frustrated and burned out from exercise. Not to mention hungry lol Right now my exercise plan is not very manageable. I do it because I am driven. But days I am on the elliptical for 60 minutes I think "man this is wearing at me". On an average how many calories do u set to burn a week? Sorry I am asking so many questions lol

Wow you are my hero!!! Can I ask you a few questions? I started the same place you were and I am trying to get where you are now. I saw you started 1/07. Is that when you actually started out at 280? Also did you exercise also and how much?
