My Goals:
My goals are simple I want to remain active. Lose my weight and maintain it . I will eat healthier work out smarter & harder. Stay consistent.
My Program:
I know it does not sound like fun but I am counting calories watching my fat , carbs and protein grams with each meal. 3 meals 2 snacks. And I work out 5 days a week. Cardio 5 days per week weight training 3 days per week.
Other Information:
Houston, TX I work out at 24 Hour Fitness . I do Step Classes Kickboxing Scuplting Classes Treadmills, Elipticals you name it. I have not really got in to cycling yet though I plan on it.
