So I decided to clean out my closet the other day and get rid of all my big clothes. I then had the idea to take one of those after pics wearing your former pants/size. I went down 8 pant sizes...those jeans are outta here!!!!

    I would be so grateful if you would go on the sticky thread on Living Binge Free called "What did you think do today to avoid a binge?" and tell, if you can remember, what some of the things you said to yourself were. We have such strong "scripts" for talking ourselves into food; sometimes, we could really use help coming up with alternative things to say.

    Hi Carmen.

    I'm on the site too... but not as often as I used to be. I was sick a bit last year - picked up something and then developed food intolerances - sigh. Anyway, I've gained back 8 or 9 pounds that I'm fighting to lose. I'm having trouble sticking to a workout routine, but I'm hoping with the warmer weather it will get easier.

    I hope you enjoyed your Easter.
