My Goals:
To lose 10 lbs by end of May, 2011.

Get rid of the bad habbit of eating when not hungry.

My Program:
30 min treadmill at home.
I have a 1-yr gym membership with only half time (6 months) left now.

To achieve my goal of losing 10 lbs in 2 months I will have to start going to the gym.

Hoping to learn how to swim too.

Personal Information:
I live across from MI on the Canadian shore line of Lake Erie.

I am always happy.

Very health conscious.
Read any ideas/pics that beautifies home & garden.

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
